21st Year Hall of Fame
& Reunion Celebration Summary
On December 19, 120 alumni, parents and players met to celebrate the
21st year of East Rugby. John Falkenberg Sr., a dedicated parent volunteer
and Connor O'Brien, a East High School's all american and a captain of the
2004 State Championship team with a 19-0 record, were inducted into the East
Rugby Hall of Fame.
On December 20, 45 alumni and current players
played a touch rugby game in the snow on the East High School turf field.
Players ranged from 60 year old coaches and parents to high school freshmen.
After the game, players went to lunch to share stories of their great play.
